Mezzanine financing injects flexible capital ad-hoc being properly positioned in the capital structure. We are using mezzanine tools for distinct value-add propositions or outright acquisitions putting us right behind the first capital and the Sponsor’s operating expertise. Mezzanine offers full flexibility and the potential to structure a more hybrid exposure reflecting the evolvement of a business plan over the entire investment tenor
